Tracsis Events deploy an external traffic team who are accredited by the Police to direct traffic on the highway under the CSAS scheme. This has allowed Tracsis Events to implement an effective and pro-active Traffic Management system which has provided the event with a much more robust and efficient system for both the inbound and outbound traffic phases.
The management team take a pro-active role in working with the organisers throughout the year in an advisory capacity. This allows the Horse Trials to understand how any changes to the event will impact on the event traffic and vice versa. By having an excellent relationship with the event Tracsis Events is able to ensure that our operation takes into account all the small details as well as the overarching operational plan allowing personnel on the ground to deliver a first class service year on year.
Tracsis Events has worked closely with the organisers over the past 14 years to ensure we provide a consistent level of service not only operationally but equally in the delivery of excellent front line customer service which is absolutely essential to an event of this nature.
Services include the provision of all personnel responsible for the internal traffic and parking operation and the on the day ticket sales. We also provide a team of CSAS accredited personnel to manage the external TM measures.

Tracsis Events’ audit teams manage access control and ticket sales at all entrance points across the estate and provide the organisers with a full audit at the end of each day followed by a complete audit report of all on the day sales revenue for the event.
Internal traffic personnel manage all the event car parks, routes through the site and restriction of access to individual areas. We also mark out all car parks delineating fire avenues, vehicle routes and parking areas and install all the internal route and individual car park signage.
