Supporting a wide range of events

They say variety is the spice of life and we are proud to support a wide range of events in terms of size and type, all unique in their own right. We often get asked if an event is too small for us to support. Absolutely not! We love getting involved with events of all sizes, each with their own unique challenges. .

Festivals

Festivals are engrained in the history of SEP and we have operated at some of the largest festivals in the UK for over 30 years, including Download, Creamfields, Kendall Calling, Reading and Leeds where we provide a variety of service levels. Ranging from the management of VIP campsites all the way up to full scale traffic, parking and admissions deployments.

Horse Racing

SEP works with the UK’s largest racecourse organisations to provide event traffic management and car parking services for many of the most prestigious events in the horse racing calendar.

Football Stadia

Supporting Manchester City Football Club and various neighbouring venues by providing staff for their events. This includes staff for gate entry points, car parking, traffic management, safe walking routes and valet parking.

Motorsports

Supporting the delivery of 'Race Day' at motorsports venues throughout the UK including Silverstone, Goodwood and Donington Park.

Flower Shows

Supporting the delivery of 'Race Day' at motorsports venues throughout the UK including Silverstone, Goodwood and Donington Park. .

Surveys

Supporting our sister company Tracsis Traffic Data providing staff for their manual surveys. This includes data on motor vehicle types, cyclists and pedestrians and public transport.

Agricultural Shows

SEP have been supporting country and agricultural shows across the county since its inaugural year of 1989. In doing so we look to work in partnership with our clients to develop effective strategic and operational plans to ensure that visitors enjoy the best possible arrival and departure experience.
